Initiatives

Key CSR Initiatives Undertaken At Laxcon:

Our CSR initiatives focus mainly on education, healthcare, and emergency relief. We are dedicated to giving back to the community through the following key areas:

Education – Supporting Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (BLSP)

We actively contribute to Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (BLSP), an organization that strives to provide education to children in tribal and rural regions. Through its Ekal Vidyalaya program, BLSP delivers primary education to underprivileged children, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge needed for a brighter future.

Laxcon Steels Limited has sponsored numerous Ekal schools across the states of Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh, extending the reach of education to even the most remote areas. It has been consistently contributing every year since the financial year (F.Y.) 1914-15.

F.Y. 2024-25: – 808 Ekal Vidyalayas (Schools) were supported
F.Y. 2023-24: – 646 Ekal Vidyalayas (Schools) were supported
F.Y. 2022-23: – 50 Ekal Vidyalayas (Schools) were supported
F.Y. 2021-22: – Total 557 Ekal Vidyalayas (Schools) were supported

Healthcare – Collaboration With Charitable Trusts

Maharaja Agrasen Hospital Charitable Trust: We are supporting the establishment of the Maharaja Agrasen Medical University in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. This initiative aims to provide affordable healthcare and medical education to underprivileged communities.
Shri Brij Sewa Samiti T.B. Sanatorium: Our contributions help fund tuberculosis treatment and research, as well as providing quality healthcare to patients in need.

Emergency Relief – Donation To The Pm Cares Fund

During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-21, Laxcon Steels made a significant donation to the PM CARES Fund to support emergency relief efforts. These contributions helped strengthen healthcare infrastructure, provide financial assistance, and offer relief to affected communities.
