The RN Clinical Development Specialist ensures adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards of care through collaboration and observation of day-to-day activities in clinical practice areas. Coordinates and facilitates the orientation and ongoing educational needs of the clinical department.
Roles Responsibility
Acts as a clinical expert in the orientation and competency development of nursing caregivers, Facilitates ongoing education related to changes in current treatments and practices, Facilitates the implementation of new or revised policies/protocols, initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and program goals, Assesses and evaluates the learning needs of nursing caregivers, Promotes patient and caregiver safety, Contributes to an environment that encourages continuous learning and application of research, Serves as a clinical practice expert and provides mentorship to nursing caregivers Desired Qualification
